The founder of Island Heat Sauces developed a natural love of growing fruit and vegetables from their well cultivated small holding in the beautiful county of Somerset. The chillies were taking centre stage and it was clear that things were going to get spicy!

The Brief

The founder had mastered some eye-watering chilli sauces that he wanted to bring to the online market and sell at trade shows. Rockstone Media were asked to create their logo, branding and website so they could launch with a blazing bang!

What did we do?

Logo & Branding

After discussing with the owner about what they wanted to achieve with the branding we drafted several concepts and ideas to bring to the table.

A fully scalable vector based logo was created in Adobe Illustrator depicting an active volcanic island. This logo was used on the packaging, labels, social media channels and the website.

Business cards were created in Adobe Illustrator and tribal icons were incorporated on the back of the card, synonymous with the fictional settlers of Heat Island.

Website

Once the branding had been completed, we moved on to the website build. The owner of Island Heat Sauces wanted a web platform which is relatively easy to use and update, as the number of sauces would change on a regular basis.

We therefore built the website in WordPress with a Woo commerce plug in and carried out training sessions on both platforms.

The Results

The launch of Island Heat Sauces was met with excitement and enquiries and online orders soon followed. Island Heat Sauces robust branding and easy to navigate website performed well in a competitive popular market.
